The project

As Tech Lead at Husleie.no, a Norwegian platform transforming the rental market, I introduced a rental price guide: a wizard that estimates the market rent for a property based on the platform’s own database of rental contracts.

The tool significantly boosted user engagement and gave the business valuable data insights, which were picked up by major media outlets.

It is a good example of how a focused, well-built feature can serve users, feed the business and create earned media at the same time.
